Understanding radioactive and emerging contaminants at the aquatic-terrestrial interface

The Donaher Lab at UT aims to:
  • advance fundamental understanding of the behavior, bioavailability, and ecological risk of radioactive material in the environment
  • support practical applications in nuclear decommissioning and environmental management, environmental monitoring and risk assessments, and environmental remediation/ecological restoration
  • improve the management of radioactive material and peaceful uses of radiation using safe, sustainable, and ecologically-sound approaches
